Analyse the ways in which at least one group of people is 'mediated'.

Disability
Television:
- Paralympics
Coverage won a bafta in sports and live events
watched

Films:

Crooks and Lenny both victimised


women not represented as much as men
films usually have disabled MALE character
however, paralympics gave sense of unity to both men and women

Joe Swanson
portrayed as independant
police officer, married, got a child, however his friends tease him

- seen as quiet, shy, intellectual, but is dark and manipulative
